Profile Description

I am well experienced in Customer Service and Administrative Tasks. I've been working in a BPO Industry for almost 9years now and been through different departments. Worked as a billing support, medical transcriptionist's, email and chat supports, I've handled inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with queries, gathering data's, may it be over the phone or face to face. With this, I always make sure to value my work and learn from  all the experiences that I've been through. Just when i was given a chance to work abroad as a team leader for Mashreque Bank in Dubai, UAE and handles Loans Department. With that I interact with different nationalities to convince them to take their eligibility loan from us. So with this gained knowledge from my previous experiences, I can say that the company can trust me by all means when it comes to work as I always commit my self to something that I'm sure I am capable of. I always make sure that integrity is valued at work, especially if I am committed to do a job. I am a work enthusiast  and I am confident as well that I will be a good addition to your company and an asset to your business. With my years of handling Customer Service and Client Relations, I always make sure to organize things in order for me to meet the dead lines. I am well versed in using Microsoft Office, Canva, Slack, Podio and other tools relation to this. Though with my gained knowledge, I can give you a hundred percent assurance that I will be helping you, not just to be on top but to be the best in your business industry. With this being said, i can work with your schedules, provide you real time updates, reports on a daily basis and can handle your emails. My career goal now is to excel in this Virtual Assistant role if given a chance as working remotely is more convenient for me. I always give my 101% focus once I sit in my desk and Time for me is very valuable, specially at work, so I make sure to come an hour or 30mins prior to my shift, I make sure to be productive in every single minute that the company is paying me. .
