Customer Care Representative
? Customer Support (Phone, Live Chat, Email Support)
? Answer customer queries (product questions, shipping, and handling, discounts, and promos, etc.)
? Order taking, order processing, risky orders validation (Signifyd), order status, fulfilling orders, refunds, reshipment, returns and exchange.
? Order follow-up with Suppliers and Warehouse staff
? Callback customers for call requests and follow-ups

Virtual Assistant
? Mystery Shopping
? Internet research
? Creating Company SOP and Knowledge Base
? Loading promotional audio to a phone system
? Call grading and QA audits
? Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports

Medical Biller
? Perform posting charges
? Ensure patient's medical information is accurate and up to date
? Assist in patient's inquiries and benefits, payments, and eligibility
? Perform completion of claims to payers
? Conduct duties in a professional and timely fashion
? Submit billing data to appropriate insurance providers
? Process claims and resolve denials to ensure maximum reimbursement
? Follow up unpaid claims to appropriate parties/payers
? Do Medicare and Medi-Cal reviews
? Review remits and payer correspondence and escalate any identified issues to appropriate areas for review and response to expedite the claim resolution
? Insurance verification, authorization, and appeals
? Analyze EOBs and remits
