I have been working in the call center industry for more than 8 years dealing with different type of customers through chat, email, and phone. I have been consistently providing world-class customer service experience within my duration in the industry. I have experienced managing e-commerce online stores such as Shopify and Amazon where I fulfill and process orders, upload products and add descriptions, web research, email support, and manage other VAs.
I have wealth experience using Volusion, Shopify, Zoho, Amazon Seller Central, Webmail, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel, and Google Apps.
 I am an honest, hard-working and competent service provider. I am, very familiar with the English language and usage and have no trouble adapting to various style guides.
