If you are looking for;
-Worker that has experience and can do cold calling for you
whether it is outbound and/or inbound calls
-Able to confidently communicate with the foreigners and building rapport
-Quick to learn (Able to adjust to any script be given and
strictly follow client directives)
-Maintains and improves call quality by adhering to standards
and call guidelines
-Meets individual/team qualitative and quantitative targets 
-Having good judgement to identify seller's emotion through
their voices and respond appropriately
-Familiar with the predictive dialer such as: (Xencall/Ready Mode,
Calltools, Batch Dialer and Five9)
-Calling for prospects home owners and turning that into a lead!
