I previously worked as a Customer Service Representative for more than 6 years at Concentrix formerly known as Convergys. I was a Billing Chat agent for the biggest Cable/Internet provider in the US. Working there, I gained knowledge in dealing customers in conversational way. I also have background in order entry, sales, ticket related concerns, and all Billing related issues such as payments and refunds. I was also cross-trained for technical support basically for phone, cable and internet. I am dedicated and hardworking, adaptable to changes and is willing to be trained.
