Profile Description

Have been working with one of the biggest BPO companies in the Philippines as a Team Leader and Trainer responsible for the general management of the team in order to hit established
target metrics and goals and as a Trainer under Facebook (META) account tasked with improving the department's
performance by developing new skills in employees, maximizing agent retention,
managing the learning function and measuring the result of training Programs.

Worked with a BMW Motorrad Dealer as a Sales Executive and eventually was promoted to a General Manager, responsible for the overall workflow of the dealership/branch including but is not
limited to positive monthly performances in terms of hitting targets in both Sales
(Retail and Wholesale) and Aftersales.
Responsible for the general welfare of the dealership’s employees and its
contractors.


Been working abroad as front desk officer then promoted to marketing officer. experienced Supervisor for Phoenix Petroleum Philippines Incorporated, a local fuel company for 2 years. I have lots of experience as an admin support. I am very well versed in Microsoft Office and have a very good command in English.
I also have an experience in making Outbound calls for a US based company, Prizecall. 
Have been and all-around Content Management System Manager for LG Australia. The nature of my work there were mostly updating the website, data entry, email handling, web research, some video/logo editing, transcribing and as an admin support.
