I have 8 years of experience working in the BPO industry and 16 years working as an executive virtual assistant. My job enabled me to be more proficient in using the English language since it is the number one qualification. Major tasks are sales, cold calling, Customer Support Care, Appointment Setting, Email Management and Chat support, and QA and leading teams of 50 staff. As the  Operations Manager for Customer Support, my main task is handling my clients' emails and those of the team, as well as the customers. I was closely working with the CEO and the owner of the company. taking inbound and outbound calls. Processing orders, assisting the client's main concerns regarding their accounts, giving product knowledge, and placing orders, issuing invoices, and billings. By educating staff on how to manage calls, giving them feedback regarding the results of their work, and providing them training. I'm the vice president of the Entrepreneurs Expo in Michigan, handling social media, cold calling, appointment setting, and event organizing. I was the phone support manager for e-commerce, handling tickets, sales, tracking, and tracing, assisting and giving customers product knowledge, availability, returns, replacements, refunds, delivery status, back order inquiries, and problem resolution. I was also hired as a real estate executive assistant, handling cold calling, appointment setting, email management, and recruitment. I am a fast learner and willing to learn new things every day. I am looking for a company that would be able to let me demonstrate my skills and, at the same time, enhance them by teaching me a lot. Based on my experiences, I have all the qualities that a certain company needs.
