I do all types of Data entry works, E-commerce, Chat support using Zendesk, Hubspot, Shopify, Email handling, Virtual Assistant. I have worked experienced in Order Processing for Amazon, eBay, Newegg, Walmart, and other vendors.

E-commerce: 

1.  Dealing with tracking information when customer ask about his order2. Manage and monitoring order exchange requests from the customer.3. Manage return and refund request from the customer.4. Manage damage, the wrong item received, and missing orders. 
Medical Billing Specialist: 
I also work in a Healthcare Insurance for 5 years as a Medical Billing Specialist. I have full knowledge of medical billing, claims, and insurance verification. My Healthcare job responsibilities are Claims follow up on denials from all insurances like Workers Comp, Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS Managed care and Commercial Insurances (Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, UHC, Oxford)
