I have been working in the customer service industry for more than 4 years. I have worked with clients such as Amazon under Teleperformance and Supportware. I have worked for Supportware as Marketplace Specialist and Amazon as seller support In this role, I was trained to handle FBM, FBA, and Catalog Issues. My task and responsibilities include:
- Inventory Management and Reconciliation- Help manage the day to day operations for our clients- Troubleshoot and resolve issues like listing suppression, updating listing, and many more.- Troubleshoot and resolve Catalog issues- Account health management- Create a new listing manually or through a flat file- Check and analyze reports- Create EBC/A+ Content- Merge and Unmerge listings
