Profile Description

I am a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with 9 years combined bookkeeping, auditing, managerial, and virtual assistance services. As an accountant, auditor, and bookkeeper in the commerce and industry sector, my work revolves around the assessment and testing of whether the organization and its processes are compliant with the existing policies, laws, and regulations set by the governing bodies and the organization itself. My job's specifications include audits on the following items; cash operations, financial statements and supporting documents, disbursements, inventories, financial investments, properties, and equipment. I have also prepared a complete set of Financial Statements.  As an assistant manager and Technical Assistant to the COO, I'm also exposed to decision making, including hiring, loan analysis, and inventory reporting. My job includes but is not limited to preparing monthly reports to the management, combining Branch and business lines reports to Top Management, arranging COO schedules,  scheduling and hosting C-suite meetings, and preparing CEO reports. My experience working as a bookkeeper and general VA for an Amazon FBA Seller allows me to dive into Amazon Seller central and other softwares related to preparing and monitoring profit, inventory, and others. I was also able to successfully migrate its recording from pure Excel to QB Online. Working as an accounting administrative assistant for a real estate fund administration company enables me to acquire relevant experience in terms of Real Estate business and mold my skills not only in accounting but in leadership. My function as team leader allows me to do both administrative and accounting-related work simultaneously.
