I didn't just take tasks off a client's plate. I built the infrastructure that let a single investor operate at the scale of a mid-size company. That meant building acquisition and disposition pipelines, managing transaction coordination, overseeing property management, and standing up a full skip tracing and property data company from the ground up including managing the web developers who built it.
