Through this experience, I developed strong knowledge of NDIS compliance, audit preparation, policies and procedures, and documentation requirements. I’ve assisted with preparing policy packs, organising compliance documents, and helping align materials with NDIS and aged care standards. This role strengthened my attention to detail, organisation skills, and ability to handle important information with professionalism and care.
Also, I have over 5 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and event coordination. I’m comfortable working independently, staying organised, and making sure work is completed properly and on time.
As a virtual assistant, I’ve supported remote teams across different time zones and helped keep operations running smoothly. I’m experienced with Google Workspace, Canva, FuseBase, Zoom, and Microsoft Office, and I learn new systems quickly.
