Profile Description

I'm currently working remotely as a freelancer and my last corporate employment was with Satellite Office under QEnergy account for 6 years, I started as a customer service representative and got promoted to a quality specialist then later as a team leader. 

My responsibilities are handling customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, I'm also doing training, taking inbound/outbound including escalation calls and complaints, data entry, admin tasks, and has helped to create process documents. 
I  started out as a Sales agent from my previous employments until I venture into other skill roles includes appointment setter,  VA jobs as a researcher, email management, data entry, and a transcriber.
