*Order Manager
- Once the customer order, sends a draft for approval, send follow-ups for approval, and once the order is approved send it to production.
*Quality Analyst - Proofread and check the design is correct before sending it to production.
*Orders Coordinator - Coordinate with Suppliers for replacement of damaged orders, late delivery, and expedited shipping. Coordinate with the designer's department if in need of revisions of orders.
*Customer Relation Manager - Coordinate with the customer with Inquiries, orders, and Upgrade to see actual infonding follow-ups and updates of their order until they are approved before sending them to production.
*Upload photos in Shopify and create titles and tags
*Manage Excel and Manual Inventory in Shopify.
