I am an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor working with a finance company based in Australia. I am well-versed in:- Gathering supporting documents for loans- Preparing serviceability calculators for clients- Ordering property valuations- Preparing loan lodgements- Preparing RP data searches and property reports- Adhering to strict timeframes and deadlines when preparing loan applications- Chasing lenders for status updates and keeping the broker and applicant informed every step of the way- Chasing for valuation status updates- Compiling transaction summary notes- Preparing post-settlement activities- Keying all information into broker CRM, keeping records up to date- Attaching scanned files to CRM records
One of my greatest strengths is providing customer support as I have worked at the call center as a customer service representative for more than two years. I was also an online ESL tutor for more than 8 years which was very customer-oriented.
