I have been working in the Call Center Industry for 10 years now and have honed my skills to be the best in my field. I have handled various accounts. From Real Estate to Virtual Assistants and Transcribing. I have learned that you need to treat a customer as a friend not as a transaction but someone you can build a friendship with because they come first. They are what makes a business work. Company Policies are there as guidelines but making sure that the customer is happy is what's challenging and I will welcome each challenge gratefully because that's why I am hired in the first place.
