Profile Description

I have an experience working in customer service for different platforms for almost 6 years, from inbound to outbound calls, chat and email management. I also have background working as a Virtual assistant for a plumbing company manages HubSpot CRM and Salesforce. I'm also a dispatcher working for technicians, scheduling appointments, create invoices, upload schedules, managing technician daily efficiency and driving report.

I'm a positive person and maintain good outlook towards every work. I deal with customer's in a courteous manner and maintain quality of my performance.. I'm here to offer my services to my clients who's in need.
