Hi, my name is Upgrade to see actual info 34 years old. I have been a customer service representative for more than 4 years. I have handled Phone, live chat, and email support. Resolving members' concerns in a timely manner making sure that members' issues will be resolved in the first contact.

I have experience as an appointment setter for more than 3 years. I am calling individuals looking for a job to be an insurance sales agent or Sales Manager. I qualify the leads and schedule appointments with the Insurance manager available in the area.

My previous job was as a General virtual assistant my main role is cold calling seniors to qualify them if they qualified for Medicare or Life Insurance if they are qualified, I will live to transfer the lead to our insurance sales agent. I also handle administrative tasks gather information from the Insurance Carriers and schedule meetings via google meet.
