I also worked as a Content Moderator for Alorica. I was responsible for reviewing around 1500 user generated content a day, making sure that not a single one violates our safety policies. Working there honed my skills in being thorough and detail-oriented.
I also worked as a Customer Service Representative for Sykes (now Foundever) where I was responsible for answering customer queries and requests regarding their healthcare premiums in a helpful and empathetic manner while also building rapport. I found myself enjoying my time there helping people with their concerns which also honed my fluency in english communication to C2 advanced mastery.
