Hi! I’m Venaica, an Amazon FBA Specialist and E-Commerce Virtual Assistant with hands-on experience managing multiple Amazon seller accounts across home, kitchen, plants, and other e-commerce categories.

I help brands keep their Amazon operations organized, accurate, and growing—from listing optimization and inventory management to FBA shipments, customer support and resolving account or catalog issues.

Here’s how I can support your business:

• Amazon FBA/FBM management, including shipment creation, tracking, reconciliation, and fulfillment-center discrepancies
• Product listing creation and optimization: titles, bullets, descriptions, keywords, backend attributes, images, variations, and suppressed listings
• A+ Content and Amazon Store support
• Inventory monitoring, pricing updates, replenishment planning, and stranded inventory resolution
• Amazon Seller Support cases, including account health, compliance alerts, listing errors, hazmat concerns, and catalog issues
• Shopify, Walmart, Etsy, eBay, and multi-channel listing support
• Customer service through Gorgias, order tracking, refunds, and shipment concerns
• Order fulfillment through ShipStation, including label creation, carrier selection, and daily order processing
• Canva graphic design and product image updates

In previous roles, I managed multiple Amazon accounts, optimized hundreds of listings, handled FBA and FBM workflows. I am detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of day-to-day e-commerce operations.

I am available to work 40+ hours per week on weekdays, with a stable internet connection, my own laptop, and a dedicated work setup.
