My name is ---------- . I studied a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Marketing Management at the University of Mindanao. I used to work for a BPO (call center) company for 3 years, and I was able to work with British people as a financial analyst. I dealt with customer finances; if they qualify, they can avail of our service. Working in the BPO helped me become more proficient in speaking English, improve my patience, and be more hardworking. In 2013, I received an "Employee of the Year" award.
Additionally, I have been working as an ESL teacher for 10 years now. I have conducted more than 15,000 classes with Chinese, Japanese, and Israeli learners. In 2015, I received a "New Outstanding Teacher" trophy. I worked as a mentor for new ESL teachers. I have attended lots of training and seminars. I helped some students pass the IELTS exam, job and immigration interviews, and exchange student assessments.
