I managed a team that handles data for a BPO company that has more than 6000 employees. We pioneered the process flow creation of all data input processes. My team handles all new hire profile creation with a weekly headcount of 63 - 128 employees. This includes all manual encoding of new hires personal employee. My team maintain data accuracy for more than 6000 employees and growing. We have started with 63?curacy to 98?curacy because of process enhancements and engineering process automation for the in-house system we where using.
I pioneered 2 different client based accounts within a company. I initially handled ID Management for a Telecommunications Company based in Canada. We have a start up of 10 local employees and 5 Canada based employees. I Engineered all process flow on ID creation process to employee credentials request. Out team has grown from 15 head count to 36 headcount that caters more than 68 foreign sites and more than 48k employees across the globe with 96?curacy because of engineered processes that I created.
I was transferred to create a new team that caters a local start up company for 1k employees. That has grown to 6k employees as of this year. I pioneered the process creation with stakeholders project managers in Canada that helped the team increase the accuracy from 63% to 98%.
