Profile Description

Most onboarding failures aren't technical — they happen because nobody asked the right questions before the build started.

I've led 50+ end-to-end UCaaS implementations for B2B clients using RingCentral. Before touching any configuration, I sit down with each client and ask them to walk me through a normal day — what they actually need, what's not working, and what they want to change. Then I build around that. No over-engineered setups. No features they won't use. Just a system that fits how their team actually works.

That approach consistently kept escalations low and adoption high across every client I handled.

Outside of implementation work, I've led teams of 20+, trained 300+ new hires, and handled operations and quality assurance at scale. I know how to manage moving parts, document clearly, and keep things running without needing hand-holding.

If you need someone who can figure out what you actually need — not just execute a checklist — let's talk.
