Working in a bank for 7 years gives me wide knowledge, experience and exposure in banking system and methods. Aside from performing basic banking transactions, I am also compelled to do various admin tasks. Some of these are bookkeeping, email management, phone support, document management, other admin tasks and the like. Doing those mentioned duties honed my skills in using different office tools such as office equipment, software, Microsoft office and others. This also enhanced my attitude towards work such as being keen to details since I am handling cash related transactions. When it comes to doing my job, I am precise; trustworthy; honest; and credible. I always make sure that my tasks are fulfilled right in time. 

As a bank front liner, I am also trained to maintain good customer relation. I believe that my primary customers are my co-employees. And that the best key to building good employee relation is team work. Once you have built good relation with your co-workers, it is easier to show it with your clients too. And this what made me into a  Customer Service Professional. Aside from keeping good customer relation, I have also learnt how to respond to customer kpvuxib. Bm must be in timely and accurate manner, whether it is via personal, phone, email or social media platforms. My ability to attend to various customer concerns and help them resolve those has also improved. Whenever customer issues and complaints arise, I analyze them first before elevating to a higher level of authority. Customer Service strengthens my patience, attentiveness, ability to communicate clearly, ability to use positive language, and empathy.
 
As a person, I am a believer of the saying "Never stop learning". This is why I enrolled in Filipino Virtual Academy wherein I just recently learned how to create Business Branding Template. And I am eager to discover what more virtual tasks I am able of performing.
