I worked as an after sales admin assistant in Daikin Airconditioning Philippines in the past. With my line of work, I mostly interact with clients and hear all their concerns and ---------- is inevitable to encounter a client with aggression due to their complain but I handled it as professionally as I can knowing where they came from. I am proud of myself for being able to handle pressure professionally despite the ---------- my 5 years of stay with the company, I learn to read people and act accordingly on the situation.
I love how passionate i am about working hard, giving my best in everything i do, helping my customers thru the best of my knowledge. I believe that customers/clients need to feel how important they are.
Aside from these, I've worked in different fields like being an Executive Assistant to the General Manager of a Manufacturing Company where i mostly communicate to all the Business Unit Heads and the CEO, being involved in a Purchasing Department where i research price and purchase office supplies of the factory. Being Involved in a Production and gives Production plan and output and analysis on its efficiency. Being a QA inspector that conducts initial and final inspection of products and provides certificates of inspection to justify that the products are ready for delivery.
