Lead Generation and Customer Success Specialist -
Been part of B2B account and worked as lead gen and customer success team. I did cold calls for potential clients. I also became client’s POC (CSS) and tasked to make sure that clients stay informed of the updates the company has. This is to ensure that they can take advantage of all the features of the platform they are paying for.
