Profile Description

HR Admin-

I am a part of Onboarding team, in a BPO set up wherein my task is to communicate professionally with the new hires to make sure all information are accurate for their transition in training. I am also responsible for handling job posting in the career site.

Customer Service- 

I worked as a customer service rep for 4 years. Handling inbound, outbound and chat related concerns. Making sure that all the concerns are handled in a professional and timely manner.

Lead Generation and Customer Success Specialist - 

Been part of B2B account and worked as lead gen and customer success team. I did cold calls for potential clients. I also became client’s POC (CSS) and tasked to make sure that clients stay informed of the updates the company has. This is to ensure that they can take advantage of all the features of the platform they are paying for.
