Hi! My name is Upgrade to see actual info, I am a Freelancer/virtual assistant. Before the Pandemic happened, I was working in the BPO industry as a customer service support. I have handled different roles during those times. I was an SME, Trainer, Invoicing specialist and billing specialist. Although I shift over as a virtual assistant, I remained a customer support that it became my back bone and in fact, I became more empathetic, always doing what is right, always helpful, became even more knowledgeable in resolving issues and doing extra mile.

All through out my career, my skills and knowledge have been enhanced and improved. The way I communicate with people is exceptional because I love talking to people/stranger - I listen and understand not just listen just to respond. You see, talking to people and helping them resolve their issues and put a smile on their faces, makes me feel accomplished, satisfied and happy. It really sets the mood for me.

I have encountered different situations and helped resolved them. I never stressed over anything because I know what my Goal is.
I have so many things that I want to share with you but the characters allowed is limited. It would really be great if we talk it over an interview. Looking forward to hearing from you soon!
