A Bookkeeper with the following roles/ experiences: 
-Bills entry and payments 
-Income recognition entry and process intracompany bank transfers 
-Bank Reconciliations (Property Trust Accounts and Corporate Accounts)
-Prepare management fee, payout of management fee income and Owner Draw
-Prepare Monthly Trust Reconciliation Reports
-Generate Rental Owner Statements to property owners 
-E-filing of 1099s 

  An Accountant with the following roles/ experiences: 
- Preparation of Financial Statements and Tax Returns (Income
Tax Return, Fringe Benefits, Capital Gain Tax)
- Prepare payroll, separation and retirement computation
-Provide business transaction analysis as requested by the higher management 

System Familiarity:  
-Buildium/ Appfolio
-XERO Certified / Quickbooks 
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word
& Powerpoint)
-Google applications such as Google Sheets, Google Docs, Drive
and google apps
- Knowledgeable in using the Slack, Trello, CANVA, Dropbox
