Profile Description

I have been in the Business Process Outsourcing Industry for more than 5 years and have handled campaigns based in the U.S. and Australia and have been a customer service representative for the longest time. Over time, I have learned a lot of skills and have honed those that I already have. 
I also have experiences working at home and have been doing it for more than 2 years now. My work at home experiences includes both voice and non-voice tasks such as administrative tasks, creating reports, data entry, email and chat support, calling applicants in behalf of a solar company, etc. 
I am a very passionate person and I make sure to apply it in everything that I do especially at work. Having experienced working remotely, I have learned the art of fair judgement and in making sure that the decisions I arrive at are something that does not violate the company's moral values. I am a person who can easily get along well with other people. I can work independently with very minimal supervision as I have been doing in the last 2-3 years of my life.
