Profile Description

In my previous roles as a Dental Claims Processor/Auditor and a Dental Claims Representative, I have evaluated claims to ensure they meet the requirements of the insurance company, assigned appropriate procedure codes based on the services provided, and made outbound calls to dental insurance companies to verify the status of claims for patients or looked it up on insurance web portals. I also verified clients' eligibility for dental insurance coverage and updated it to the portal, inputted all necessary data related to client accounts, including payment and claim information, into a spreadsheet for accurate record-keeping and analysis, investigated and resolved any claim discrepancies or inconsistencies, and communicated with dental providers, insurance carriers, and patients regarding claims and coverage
