Profile Description

I have been an online sales associate for 5 years and have been a customer service agent for various eCommerce businesses on Shopify for more than 2 years. 

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming live chat, emails, and orders.
• Handle customer service inquiries including describing products and services available, and quoting prices.
• Respond to and investigate customer inquiries, concerns, and RMA issues via email and live chat.
• Provide answers to inquiries relating to products, order status, shipments, and any other questions that may arise.
• Contact customers and shipping carriers when necessary to follow up on customer issues or orders.
• Document all actions and responses in the customer database.
• Handle all social media accounts of the brand and respond to all DM and comments.
• Moderate the feedback on the website and delete all negative comments.
• Ability to take on additional responsibilities as needed or required.
