Profile Description

Working previously as a Title Examiner for our client First American Insurance this position allow me to obtain my skills on searching properties in the U.S. using tools like Realquest thus also requires to run a background check for borrowers info like previous mortgages, assignments on the said properties having this experience makes me more suitable for this position offered.
I also bring to the table my strong English communication skills that have ensured me a good spot in providing quality customer service for five ---------- addition to this experience, I gained skills that involve entering notes and other relevant data while taking in and/or placing calls. I am confident in ensuring that all the regular projects and assignments are completed in given time and efficient manner.
During my years of experience, I also have gained knowledge in attracting potential customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about other products, services and even technical concerns.
I know the importance of ensuring quality in all aspects of work.
