* Coordination of end-to-end logistics operations for air and ocean freight shipments, including booking, carrier rate comparison, pickup/delivery scheduling, and daily shipment tracking.
* Monitoring of shipment status and provide timely updates to customers, ensuring service reliability and issue resolution.
* Preparation, reviewing, and managing Bills of Lading (BOLs), invoices, packing lists, PODs, and customs documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Communication with consignee, buyers, shippers, suppliers, carriers, airlines, warehouse operators, and brokers to resolve operational and documentation issues.
* Creation and issuances of customer invoices; monitoring Accounts Receivable to support timely collections.
* Reviewing and validating of carrier invoices, including warehouse, port, and terminal charges, ensuring billing accuracy.
* Maintain logistics databases and generating of operational reports such as shipment summaries and cost-profit analysis.
* Utilization of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to analyze shipment costs, billing data, and performance metrics.
