I have a background in business finance, having completed my college education in that field. Back in 2015, I ventured into the trucking and transportation industry, where I have since held various roles.My journey began in customer service and eventually led me to the position of office manager, overseeing three key departments: accounting, operations, and freight dispatching. I have gained valuable experience and developed a strong work ethic over the years. My time working in the Port of Long Beach involved coordinating the movement of containers, from pick-up to drop-off and back again. I also managed owner-operators handling dry vans, reefers, and hot shot deliveries, ensuring they were efficiently loaded and compensated for their services.I am a dedicated and hard-working individual who excels in challenging environments and can work effectively under pressure with or without supervision. I believe that my skills, knowledge, and experience can contribute positively to any organization I am a part of, and I am confident in my ability to continue expanding my skills and knowledge in the field of trucking and transportation.
