Profile Description

I want, of course, a job that has something to do with my experiences. I have been working in a
BPO industry for almost 11 years. I have been a phone representative for 3 years, handling cable, internet, and telephone accounts interpreting and explaining bills, troubleshooting, and selling. I handled insurance policies with Anthem Blue Cross of CA under WellPoint, taking calls from doctors, nurses, assistants (except members) regarding claims, benefits, and eligibility of a member; I also worked for 2 years as chat representative handling - cable, internet, and telephone account, all in the same company. I have 1 year and 8 months of experience as a copyeditor, editing Encyclopedias, books, and journals. I have also been an online SEO writer and a recruiter.
I have acquired a whole lot of skills from my work experiences. Skills that I can bring with me wherever I ---------- om my BPO career, I enhanced my listening skills, learned how to build rapport, as well as sharpened my written and verbal communication and typing skills. The skills mentioned here are the skills I and will always have unless there's something more to be discovered.
