Profile Description

I've been doing Data Entry since I graduated last 2006. I have experiences in both Administrative and Customer Related Concerns. I worked as an Admin Staff, Secretary and Production Assistant in different industries. I specialize in creating and maintaining reports using MS Office (Excel, Words, Power point), composing and typing correspondence and emails, creating company presentation, and other clerical work with respect for strict deadlines and quality of my works. I possess the self discipline and time management skills a good employee should have but also I am open for change and adapt to it easily.
Aside from my administrative skills I also have experience in handling customer service concern thru emails, chats and documentation. I worked as a Back Office agent for almost 2 years in two call center company. I handled booking of samples request, daily and monthly reports of production for our client and also handling request for a free phone services where in I encode, verify and process an application. I was also part of the department that approves or disapproves an application of the customer.
I also have experience in "Virtual Office" where in I currently work as a part time Admin/Executive Staff of a Gaming Company. I handle all the employee related documents and hiring processes. I also handle payroll of employees and some basic accounting related work like monthly journals and cash inflows.
