I have a wide variety of experience in Administrative Management, I have worked as an Administrative Manager for an entrepreneur based in California where I have handled all Administrative Management for him and his business. From ensuring all tasks are efficiently delegated to the admin staff, hiring and training, preparing and reviewing operational reports and maintaining all policies, procedures, client & affiliates agreements and so much more!

I have been managing projects for multiple clients for years and I am confident in my skills and abilities to organize and manage projects. I am confident in my skills in creating the Business Requirements, Processes, Policies, Project Documentation and Procedures which includes the use of various platforms to streamline the process such as clickup, trello, asana and so much more!

I am a seasoned team leader who strives to motivate, nurture and create more leaders like me through the efforts of my leadership. I have been a team leader of a customer service and sales team for one of the largest telecommunications companies in the United States where I am tasked to lead the team in hitting various KPIs including the company's sales metric, I have trained, coached and nurtured my team to prepare them for their future based on their skills, personality and work attitude.
