Profile Description

I have been working for 5 years as a Customer Service Representative and a Market Researcher for a different call center company. After that, I work part-time as an appointment setter for a local real estate agent based in Maryland and it was less than a year in a work-from-home set-up.

My recent job, I worked as a Client Success Associate and what I do is to help out client find the VA that fits their needs and get them both in a client interview. I'm the one who schedule the interview and facilitate the interview at the same time. Once they have chosen a VA the we do an onboarding call together with the Client and the VA. I also manage the email to support the client, I'm the one who help them out regarding any issues they might encountered with their VAs.

I am devoted to deliver the work effectively and have good time management skills. I am extremely motivated to constantly develop my skills and grow professionally. I am confident in my ability to come up with interesting ideas. I'm a very hard-working, fast learner, and trustworthy.
