I started as a customer service representative in 2016 and worked my way up to become a Subject Matter Expert in 2017 and a Team Leader in 2019. I have experience handling various accounts, such as food delivery services, retail, and travel accounts. My goal has always been to provide the best customer experience and foster strong client relationships. Customer service is my passion, and I enjoy providing world-class interactions with customers. I also have experience in training agents for upskilling, and I am comfortable using email ticketing platforms such as Zendesk and Salesforce.
