Profile Description

I have worked in the BPO industry for ten years from an agent to Quality Analyst with constant communication with English-speaking clients. Throughout the years, I have acquired additional skills in Microsoft tools which I use daily. I have also developed skills in Real Estate admin, my official description in my current job is Property/Listing Coordinator where I act as a Team Lead to an engaged team of Sales Admin and Campaign/Transaction Coordinators. I have exposure to different CRMs, daily discussions about Real Estate in NZ where my client is based, marketing properties online, and drafting contract templates using Adobe Acrobat Pro which trained me in maintaining high attention to detail. Verbal and written English is my number one strength plus the fact that I value learning and teaching myself to learn new skills proactively makes me an efficient worker that clients can trust with admin tasks with little supervision so that they can focus more on what's important for their business.
