I've been working in different BPO companies for almost 6 years now. I started as a customer service representative where I've learned a lot on how to provide excellent service to my customer - end result - customer should always be satisfied. Then I work as Technical Support Representative where I learned a lot about computers and other technical stuff. Then I became an ESL (English as Secondary Language) and a Product Trainer in Transcom where my management and organizational skills was developed and enhanced. Then I became a supervisor and eventually climb my way up the ladder of success and got promoted twice as Shift Manager/Operations Manager and as a Business Unit Manager/Senior Operations Manager. I was exposed in different situation where decision making is very important and crucial. Meeting with client deadlines and work under pressure. I'm willing to learn and a fast learner.
