Profile Description

• Collect and arrange financial information and enter details into Quickbooks Online and Quickbooks Desktop, and Xero.
• Completing daily accounting tasks including tracking funds, preparing deposits and reconciling accounts.
• Manage, track and monitor financial updates.
• Analyze budgets, financial reports and projections for accurate reporting of financial standing.
• Prepare and Review Financial Statements
• Payroll processing
• Prepare Invoice and collect payments
• Prepare bills and pay vendors
• Provides journal entries and perform accounting on accrual and cash basis.
• Maintain integrity of general ledger, including chart of accounts.
• Analyze and review monthly balance sheet and profit & loss accounts for corporate reporting
• Prepare and pay HSA and 401k contributions
• Prepare and pay Sales Tax
• Review Tax returns
• Preparation of 1099
• Weekly reporting of AR and AP
• Email outstanding AR invoices to chairs
• Management reporting
• Holding more than 30 clients
