Although I haven’t used Airbnb as a host yet, I’ve spent time self-learning how the platform works — including how to manage listings, handle bookings, and communicate with guests. I’ve also used Airbnb as a guest, which gave me firsthand experience with the user interface, booking process, and guest expectations. I’m confident navigating the platform and ready to apply this knowledge in a hosting or support role.
