Profile Description

I have done reports for our team such as service levels, statistics and forecasting of workloads for the next day or week or month. These reports are created either by using MS Word or MS Excel or a tool provided by the company - as I need to show them the numbers. I also read and analyse all correspondence coming in, count the volume and also distribute the workloads for the team after which I also report all works done for the day.My greatest passion is writing. I have done online blogging for myself and some sights to promote their materials. I have also written short stories, essays, songs & poems that could be found in Upgrade to see actual info (samples attached, I can send some as needed). I have experience in proof-reading and editing.I have done consolidation of data and or data encoding for both online & office-base companies. I am well experienced with various systems and softwares.-Fast learner and attention to details-Advance written and oral English-Experience in CS/TS with remote and office-based companies-Have a very good background in behavior towards work and colleagues-Fun to work with, smart, committed, focused, detail-oriented
