I worked for 3 years as Customer service specialist in a US Based health insurance handling benefits and claims concern for customer and recently, I managed an Australian based Motor Insurance as Lead Associate/ Claim Specialist assisting insured with their claim concerns, and we make sure that their issues were resolved in a timely manner.
Part of our job role as well is to book in our client to get their vehicle fixed with our partner repairers or thru their own preferred repairer.

I also collect and analyze the most common errors of our consultants and have a coaching session to rectify those errors and ensure that quality service were provided to our clients.
