Profile Description

I have 3 years’ experience in BPO set-up mostly in customer service ranging from retail, telco, financial, and B2B accounts through phone, chat, or email support. I also have 2 years of experience in the higher education field. When I entered the latter industry, I started as an International Student Advisor for US universities and now I am currently in the full-time position of Admissions Support Officer for UK university under the same company. I have a proven record in attending to 100+ daily tasks which usually cover assisting prospective students through different channels such as Outbound and Inbound Calls, WhatsApp, Outlook, and Live Chat. Aside from the inbound communications, we also do outbound comms to make a follow-up on every student's progress, making sure that they will get the proper assistance all throughout their application journey up until enrollment. I am also an expert in using the CRM database, as I am using Salesforce in both Classic and Lightning versions. I am also handy with other tools such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Canva, and other editing and writing tools. Aside from my full-time jobs, I also do freelancing on different tasks I am capable with. I am experienced in a multi-faceted industry which makes me a well-rounded employee in every work provided to me.
With these given responsibilities, I am always looking forward to building a career path in the BPO, education sector or virtual admin assistance by applying to other jobs that are related to my role.
