I'm an IT graduate at Cebu Institute of Technology-University. My first job was at Accenture, as a Data Analyst. I encode data using MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Powerpoint. I worked there for 6 months only due to personal reasons. Then I was hired as a Technical Support Representative at Teleperformance for 1 year and 8 months, I solve customers telephone problems that causes trouble with their internet and other devices that is connected to their landline, we solve it over the phone in a timely manner and under pressure. And lastly, I worked as a Technical Support Representative again at Concentrix (formerly known as Convergys) for 5 months, we cater internet and cable problems. We also do it under pressure. I stopped working for a year now because I handled our family's business which is buy and sell. Due to this pandemic, I had to find a job to earn extra money to sustain our daily needs. I can work under pressure, I am reliable in terms with solving customers issues, and I am trust-worthy as well, I will do anything that my company requires me to do.
