I'm Upgrade to see actual info, working in BPO industry since 2003 in 2 US-based company here in the Philippines. Starts right a way as a Data Encoder after graduated in College with a course of Computer Science, after 6 months, had been promoted and become a Quality Specialist, In 2010 I dUpgrade to see actual info to moved to another US-Based company and worked as an Operation Specialist.

Other task that I can help/assist with:

-Obtain and validate Documents
-Analyze and make a decision based on the status/information's scenario
-Upload documents/files
-Email and Response to our counterpart from US
-Use MS excel and MS word in doing reports (summary and workload assignment)
-Keep database/spreadsheet accurate and updated
-Know how to keep a confidential information
