Profile Description

Working independently has taught me to manage my time while working from home. It gives me the courage that I am capable of managing my own tasks without relying on external assistance or supervision. It involves taking responsibility for my work, making decisions, and solving problems independently.

I have been working as a Freelancer or Independent contractor for 1 year and 7 months under Onehalf staffing Solution Offshore. Currently, I’ve been closely working with an Australian client as a Virtual Assistant for over a year now, 11 months to be exact. My tasks are to track and trace shipments, export data to Excel, update reports, schedule return order collection, data entry, and send emails to customers and carriers. Then, a project based on a data processing staff for 6 months. My tasks are entering invoice data and importing it through the system.

I have worked in Onehalf staffing solution for 1 year and 4 months as a customer service staff to an Australian Clinic. My tasks were to answer inquiries and schedule patients, respond to email enquiries, get patient feedback, extract patient data, do data entry, and make daily report updates.

I've also worked for 3 years and 7 months in a BPO company as a Customer Service Representative for a financial account. My task was to answer inbound and outbound calls. Analyze transactions and monitor suspicious activities to identify potential fraud cases. We activate a credit card, verifying charges, updating information, waiving fees, processing rewards, as well as processing payments, balance transfer, PIN request, and even digital support.
