Hello! Let me formally introduce myself first. My name is Jezza Marie Nuena my colleagues call me "Je". I am an IT associate.
I got my Bachelor of Science in Information Technology degree from Our Lady of Fatima University here in the Philippines. I have 5 years of experience as a I.T Associate. I was assigned in Access and Incident Management where I become an expert in administrative type of job. I can easily obtain knowledge in using different tools that helped me to do the job with efficiency and accuracy. I learned from my experience as well on how to managed heavy load duties through SLA and Time Management.
I've always been flexible, dedicated and passionate in everything that I do that is why it's easy for me to adopt new environment and even to changes. Customer Service was part of my previous jobs hence I can say communication and collaboration with confidence is my asset.
